Health Guarantee

At The Luckie Puppy we stand behind every puppy we place. Our health guarantee reflects our commitment to responsible breeding and the long term well-being of every Luckie Puppy.

This puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to placement and was found to be in good health at the time of release.

Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup (excluding Sundays and federal holidays). Written confirmation of this exam must be retained.

If a life-threatening condition is identified at this initial examination, Buyer must notify Seller immediately and provide written documentation. Upon review and confirmation by Seller’s veterinarian, Buyer may return the puppy for a refund of the purchase price only.

Refund of the purchase price is the sole remedy. Veterinary expenses and related costs are the responsibility of Buyer.

If Buyer elects to keep the puppy, all financial responsibility transfers fully to Buyer.
